Violence Against Women - Australia Says NO

The Australian Government Office for Women (OfW) manages the national campaign Violence Against Women. Australia Says NO. on behalf of the government. Following the success of the campaign in 2004, the Government will re-run the campaign in 2005. The re-running of the campaign will further increase community awareness of the issues of domestic violence and sexual assault. Through a 24-hour help line, the campaign will provide practical assistance to those experiencing violence, to friends and family who want to know what they can do to help and assistance to those wanting to change their violent behaviour.
